The ideal candidate will be educated to graduate level or have proven sales experience in either a B2C or B2B environment and will be passionate about moving their career into the recruitment sector.
As a trainee you will receive weekly training and have daily guidance from one of our senior team members. You main duties will be to search and select candidates to interview and speak to hiring managers regarding their companies recruitment needs.
As we deal with specialist roles you will need to demonstrate a capacity for understanding complex technical roles and a strong knowledge of IT.
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, be a self starter, motivated to achieve targets and be excited by applying your entrepreneurial skills. We believe in organic growth and once you have proven yourself as a trainee, you will be given the opportunity to establish your own desk into a business within a business.
